The purpose of this amendment is to correct error in the Sample TO Level of Effort tab in the Updated_ATTACHMENT+D+ SAMPLE+TO+PRICE+SCHEDULE+SAMPLE+TO+LEVEL+OF+EFFORT worksheet file was not updated to reflect the removal of the Intermediate Accountant Labor Category, Attachment F Program Manager replace Intermediate Accountant with 1920 labors. 1. Sample Task Order Performance Work Statement (PWS) Attachment G under Section 8.5 Key Personnel is only Senior Level Accountants. The title " Standard Personnel" was added to avoid confusion to which Labor Categories are considered Key Personnel. Changes are highlighted in yellow. See updated attachment D, and G. all other attachments remain unchanged.
