The requirement is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to design, produce, and deliver law enforcement badges for the listed ranks as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement is a set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). It is the responsibility of the vendor to provide (1) proof/sample each - badges for Chief, Special Agent, Captain, Asst. Chief, Deputy Chief, and Major to the address below with your quote (Refer to SOW). Failure to do so will result in non-conformance. Please email quote to Angela.Ayers@va.gov and Andrew.Montgomery@va.gov and mail the proofs/samples to VA LETC Attn: Donna Landrum, 2200 Fort Roots Drive, Building 193, North Little Rock, AR 72114. Proofs/samples have to be received by Donna Landrum by offer due date/time (all in EST). Do not include any pricing information when mailing the proofs/samples. Questions are due by 11:00 AM (EST) on June 30, 2022 and may be emailed to the CS at angela.ayers@va.gov. Quotes are due by 5:00 PM (EST) on July 15, 2022 and shall be emailed to Angela.Ayers@va.gov and Andrew.Montgomery@va.gov.
