The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Healthcare Innovation & Learning (OHIL)has a requirement for an expert and team who has worked to explore and implement community engagement efforts across industry, academia, VSO/VEOs at the local community, regional/VISN and national level. OHIL will require contract support with expert knowledge of these communities and proven ability to strategically identify areas of opportunity through deep and current knowledge of community and VA priorities, resources, and assets. Contract support team will be required to have experience with legislative processes, policies, and provide experts who have experience working with congress, the White House, VA, VSO/VEOs and industry.
