The contractor shall be responsible to provide a robust supply of consumable building sustainment products and new tools. The contractor shall be responsible to provide a robust supply of consumable building sustainment products and new tools, brand name (or equal). The contractor shall ship all tools to HITC. This contract is designed to be all inclusive of services, materials, support, and warranty. The contractor shall keep the tools in a secure location, as the contractor is solely responsible for the safety and security of the materials until final acceptance by the Government.
