This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04, effective January 30, 2022, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). The (NAICS) code 812930 Parking Lots and Garages. The size standard is $41.5 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is X1LZ Lease/Rental of Parking Facilities. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Central Office has a requirement for the procurement of a reserved parking space and unreserved parking spaces for VA employees currently enrolled in the subsidized VACO Parking Program in the immediate Washington DC Metropolitan area, within a 2-block radius of 810 Vermont Avenue NW, Washington DC, 20420. Respondents are to quote Firm Fixed Prices for all line items on the B.3 Price Cost Schedule. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. Note: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-(k).
