Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to IBISWorld, Inc. (dba ProcurementIQ), 11755 Wilshire Blvd Fl 11, Los Angeles, CA 90025 for the procurement of subscriptions to ProcurementIQ and specialized vendor reports, which provides industry data for the majority of market categories that are supported by the VA s Category Management Support Office (CMSO). CMSO has a need for its acquisition professionals to have access to comprehensive market research and vendor reports that include focused benchmark prices, sharing of best practices across industries, receipt of focused studies into particular commodities, participation in the research process, and on-demand research services to aid in market research. The subscription shall consist of nontransferable and nonexclusive Departmental License (Veterans Affairs) for 12 months, inclusive of unlimited access for an estimated 1,000 users to the ProcurementIQ archive containing at least 1,000 reports including those published between the time of award through the end of the total license period. This proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106 and 13.501. This is a "Notice of Intent" and not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Interested parties that feel they can provide the services may respond to the point of contact listed in this notice with a capability statement no later than 10:00AM ET on March 3, 2022. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
