This is a sources sought notice for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be incurred by interested parties in responding to this announcement. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is seeking interested sources (contractors) for a near-future solicitation and procurement for an Integrated National Campaign. This procurement will result in a Multi-Agency Contract (MAC) supporting the VA and Department of Defense (DoD) Veteran Suicide Prevention programs. This contract will be primarily engaged in providing operating advice and assistance on administrative management issues, specifically marketing activities. The Department of Veteran Affairs requires the services of a professional agency to furnish the supplies and services customarily provided by a full-service advertising agency in order to support Suicide Prevention programs for the Department of Veteran Affairs and the Defense Suicide Prevention Office. These organizations constitute the requiring activities for the contract. The contractor shall provide a full range of services from development of a tactical advertising strategy through the production of a wide-range of advertising formats (i.e., TV, radio, print media, internet, direct etc.). At this time, no solicitation exists. Therefore, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. All responsible sources may identify their interest. Please see the RFI in the below attachements.
