All responses will be used for market analysis in determining the availability of potential qualified businesses that may be used to determine appropriate acquisition strategy. No solicitation is being issued at this time but may be issued later. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Contracting Office Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) Frederick, MD, on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Office of Information & Technology Property Management, Austin Information Technology Center (AITC), Austin, TX requires a service and maintenance contract on the AITC Mail Room Neopost machine. This machine allows post marked mail to be sent from the AITC. The Contractor shall provide a Shipment/Delivery Weekly Progress Report which shall identify the items shipped, the serial number associated with each piece of equipment; the date of each shipment; the status of each shipment, tracking information, and information relative to Government-receipt of the equipment items at each delivery site. In addition, the Shipment/Delivery Weekly Progress Report shall identify any problems and provide a description of how the problems were resolved/addressed. If problems have not been completely resolved, the Contractor shall provide an explanation and status of resolution. Shipment/Delivery Weekly Progress Reports shall be submitted in Microsoft Excel Format and shall clearly identify each serial number of the equipment being delivered with one (1) serial number per cell.
