The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VASNHCS has a requirement for a no-code design tool for VASNHCS that will allow VASNHCS to have ongoing access to build their localized scenarios and conversations to evaluate the training effects of VR training platforms for staff development in conversational skills training. There are two sub-components of the requirement: 1) The Authoring Platform; 2) the VR Training Experience, which is generated by the author through use of the Authoring Platform.See attached J&A.
