Provide emergency repair services for the automatic gates with a 12-hour response time. Spare Parts to be provided under this contract should include (relays, switches, drive gears, bearings, grease fittings, nuts, bolts, washers, mechanical connections, latch pin actuators, terminal blocks/electrical connections) any spare part deemed by Manufacture Recommendations. Provide the listed services Below per Manufacture Recommendations. Twelve annual visits will be provided in the form of twelve (12) monthly PMs and two (2) semiannual PMs. Emergency repair visits will not count as a regularly scheduled maintenance visit.
