Your response to this Sources Sought Notice will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. The information provided may be used by the Department of Veterans Affairs, Strategic Acquisition Center, in developing its acquisition aroach, statement of work/statement of objectives, performance specifications and identifying interested companies to provide these services. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought Notice or to otherwise pay for the information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Strategic Acquisition Center is conducting market research to determine industry capabilities for providing Technical Writing Services sufficient to collect, organize and compile government furnished information for the preparation of an application to obtain GSA Approval for Real Property Delegation of Authority for Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Central Office, Building 810 Vermont Washington DC in accordance with General Services Administration Operation and Maintenance Delegation Guide 100610. The primary purpose of this announcement is to identify potential SDVOSB/VOSB VIP certified sources, availability and/or challenges to providing these services. Any firm who believes they can provide the above requirements, should respond to this notice with written notification to the Contracting Officer. At a minimum the notification shall include: Capabilities of your organization, relevant prior/current experience providing the same/similar service, DUNS number and Federal Supply Schedule number , if applicable.
