The U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) is seeking product information and sources capable of providing products described below. The purpose of this notice is to gather capabilities and market information pertinent for acquisition planning. The responses to this Sources Sought will contribute to determining the method of procurement and identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME This Sources Sought does not constitute a request for quotes. Submission of any information in response to this Sources Sought is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT VA is seeking stand-alone air purifiers to be placed in work and common areas throughout one or more facilities. The air purifiers must be lightweight and run off a basic electrical outlet making them easy to deploy and implement in areas throughout facility.  The device must be portable so it can be relocated between office workspaces, meeting rooms, warehouse and common areas as needed. The product must be manufactured in USA and provide the following: Light weight and compact (approximate weight of 7 lbs. or less) Coverage area ranging from 500 3,000 sq ft. (could be achieved by various size options) Universal power supply with cords Wall-mounted options desired for smaller units (500 sq ft.) At least a 1 year Warranty Additional filters, as applicable/required for continuous use SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS Please provide specific product information, including product lists, specifications, and/or brochures, to meet the requirements above that your company can provide. Location of product manufacturing is requested. If this product(s) is available on your company s GSA contract, provide GSA contract number, schedule, and SIN category. Identify your company s DUNS number and size status as listed in SAM under NAICS 335210 Small Electrical Appliance Manufacturing or propose other appropriate NAICS for your product(s). If listed as SDVOSB or VOSB in SAM, state if your company is verified in the Veterans Information Pages (VIP).
