Court Reporting and Transcription Services The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), is charged with the processing of employment discriminiation complaints filed against the VA and is responsible for providing a variety of services to prevent, resolve, and process Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints in a timely and high quality manner. If a complaint is accepted for investigation, an EEO investigator will be assigned to the case. The investigator is authorized to take statements from witnesses under oath and gather pertinent documents and records. The investigator will assemble the file and prepare a report which will summarize the evidence gathered. Please see the Performance Work Statement
