Frederick, MD 21703 The Department of Veteran s Affairs, Strategic Acquisition Office is issuing this notice of intent to sole source to Empire District Electric Company, 602 S Joplin Ave, Joplin, MO 64801-2337 for electric utilities services at the Records Center and Vault (RCV) in Neosho, MO. Utility services are a highly regulated utility in Missouri. Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) FSC/FOS/Records Center and Vault, requires the supply and delivery of electric utilities services to the Records Center and Vault (RCV), located in Neosho, MO. Two meters monitor the RCV s electrical utilities usage. Past monthly usage averages 201,870 KwH, between the two meters. Price per kwh will be based on the most current rate approved by the Public Service Commission (PSC) of Missouri and invoiced monthly.
