The Government is requesting revised quotes due on January 4, 2021 11AM CST. Attachment E has been updated accordingly and Attachment F added to the solicitation. Clause FAR 52.216-1 has been updated. FAR 52.216-31 has been added to the solicitation. This clause only applies to line items 0007A, 0007B, and 0007C. The point of contact is reverted back to Chontelle.Borden@va.gov. Any changes to the solicitation are noted in tracked changes. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
