The contractor chosen shall provide for the OGC Law Library all items listed in the 3.0 Description of Supplies. The contractor shall supply all books, pamphlets, pocket parts, advance sheets, loose-leaf packets, and any other published material for the item listed in 3.0. The Veterans’ Litigation Staff Group of OGC will verify receipt of the material and report to the Law Librarian. Any material not received within three weeks of delivery date will be claimed (vendor will be contacted a replacement material shipped) by the Law Library within three (3) months of delivery date.
