This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached to the posting. All businesses submitting an offer/quote must be registered on https://www.sam.gov, prior to award. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on the beta.SAM website (beta.SAM.gov). This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes referencing RFQ Number 36C10X20Q0250. This procurement is Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 541330. The small business size standard is $16,500,000. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for a power study in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The required performance period is for 150 days after award. Place(s) of performance shall be as identified in the Performance Work Statement. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 13.106-2 and 13.5, and as supplemented by agency procedures. The offeror must submit a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Jan 2017), with its quote. An offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at https://www.sam.gov.
