The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information Technology (OIT), Infrastructure Operations (IO) has a requirement to provide Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) Preventive Maintenance (PM) Services at its Quantico Information Technology Center (QITC) located in Quantico, VA. VA seeks a base 12-month contract with four (4) 12-month option periods to provide PM services to include full service regularly scheduled maintenance and emergency maintenance services, when needed. The requirement has a stipulation that any quoting vendor must have the ability to respond to any emergency maintenance calls within a maximum of two hours. This requirement is set-aside for competition amongst verifiable SDVOSB entitites in accordance with Veterans First Contracting Program.
