The response due date and time remains September 9, 2020 at 12:00 PM ET per amendment 36C10XQ0195 0001 Amendment 0001 - See Attachment 36C10X20Q0195 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to: Extend the response due date and time from September 4, 2020 at 12:00 PM ET to September 9, 2020 at 12:00 PM ET. Note* An amendment with Questions and Answers will be posted as soon as possible. Employee Education System (EES) Support Division requires products and services to teach a course to multiple Veterans Health Administration (VHA) staff, both in-person and in virtual formats that are instructor-led and self-directed, on-demand. Rather than having to purchase each course and its necessary materials separately, EES-Support Division requires unlimited access to a course catalog for over 300,000 employees and up to 40 VHA instructors. EES Support Division desires that each student be assigned a “slot” that would allow them to take any of the catalog courses when they have the availability to do so.
