Update the title From: Crucial Conversations for VHA Employees To: Crucial Conversation (BRAND NAME or EQUAL) for VHA Employees 3. The response due date and time remains September 14, 2020 at 8:00 AM ET. The goal of Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is to create clear, sustainable and repeatable training practices, both internally and externally, by utilizing the training products listed in this document. These training products shall focus on various techniques regarding how to conduct crucial conversations in a positive space, particularly when the topics of discussion are intense and emotionally charged discussions. Historically, as evidenced by VHA’s previous use of various training products, the outcomes will provide valuable tools for VHA’s employees to conduct conversations with Veterans and other internal VHA employees. As such, the Employee Education System’s (EES) objective is to purchase training courses, and thereafter assist the field offices in distributing these courses throughout the VHA.
