The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking eligible contractors to provide the following services: Convene two multitasker Technical Expert Panels (TEPs) one focusing on access to primary care and one focusing on access to mental health care Perform environmental scans for performance measures, measures under development, and measure concepts related to same-day access for both primary care and behavioral health services; and Develop a measurement framework for same-day access, including specific considerations for primary care and mental health All responsible sources may identify their interest. Please also identify your size designation/small business category as well as your ability to offer the subscriptions for a base period plus option periods. This sources sought is for informational purposes only. This is NOT a solicitation. It does not constitute a request for quote and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses in any form are not quotes and the Government is under no obligation to award a task order as a result of this announcement. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
