Employee Education System (EES) Support Division requires products and services to teach a course to multiple Veterans Health Administration (VHA) staff, both in-person and in virtual formats that are instructor-led and self-directed, on-demand. Rather than having to purchase each course and its necessary materials separately, EES-Support Division requires unlimited access to course catalog for over 300,000 employees and up to 40 instructors. Support Division desires that each student be assigned a “slot” that would allow them to take any of the catalog courses. Scope. This requirement is within the scope of ‘Professional and Management Development Training’. Vendors operating in this industry primarily engage in offering an array of short duration courses and seminars for management and professional development. Training may be provided directly to individuals or through employers' training programs, and courses may be customized or modified to meet the special needs of customers. Instruction may be provided in diverse settings, such as the establishment's or client's training facilities, educational institutions, the workplace, or the home, and through diverse means, such as correspondence, television, the Internet, or other electronic and distance-learning methods.
