OIT is requesting contracting assisting with acquiring a contract with a vendor who can Install, replace (upgrade), and provide annual maintenance service to the AIphone system in all three (3) existing buildings (2 are manufactured buildings and 1 is a trailer). Each building will have one audio/video door station and a master station at the desk inside. Additionally, software on ten (10) Windows 10 PCs to answer calls and unlock doors. Required equipment and software upgrades to support up to 10 personnel are as follows: IX-DV (3) This is the front door video monitor for the front of the 3 entrances IS-MV7-B (3) Video Touch Screen Display Monitors for each master desk station.
