Amendement 2 is to add a scheduled site visit. Amendment 1 is to extend due date, revise Statement of Work, and add site vist. The paved area inside the CRRC fence is approximately 29,000 square feet. The lot is showing wear and requires a protective coat of sealant. Previously assigned handicapped parking space striping also needs to be covered/restriped. The approach to the rear of the service court is gravel base, approximately 6,200 square feet, and needs to be paved to allow greater access for supporting systems in the fuel yard, such as electrical transformers, fuel systems, and generators. 1. Contractor shall clean entire parking lot with blowers and broom; hot fill all visible cracks; apply two coats of sealant (minimum); restripe parking lot. 2. Contractor shall prepare the gravel surface and install asphalt paving. 3. Contractor shall provide all hardware, equipment, labor, and support services to complete the work.
