The purpose of this contract is for parking spaces within a two-block radius of 55 Elk Street, Albany, NY 12210 - requirement for the procurement of five (5) unreserved – one (1) handicapped accessible and one (1) van handicapped accessible and three (3) garage parking spaces; and twenty-five (25) reserved; Total thirty (30) parking spaces. The period of performance will be a base period of 12 months, starting April 20, 2020, with four 12-month option periods. The anticipated Period of Performance is a one (1) twelve-month base period after date of contract award with four (4) twelve-month option periods subject to the availability of appropriated funds.
