The Contractor shall create all five Veteran-Centered Brief Family Consultation (VCBFC) modules, converting all flash elements to HTML5 using the myInstruoR development suite with its Scolasta Template described below. The Contractor shall create learning product content functional courses that are VA Section 508 certified for posting on the VA TMS and/or VHA TRAIN. All courses will replicate the animations and features of the original versions exactly and where practicable. After full functionality is validated the Contractor shall transfer all necessary source files to EES eLearning Division.
