Those are not specifically called out in the RFQ, and the Tricaster coverage is a large ticket item. Without the coverage, the Tricaster has to be returned to the manufacturer for repair, with no replacement sent in the meantime. Response: Yes, we intend to maintain the Cisco licensing/maintenance for part # CON-ECDN-CTSSX80, and the Protek advance replacement coverage for the Tricaster.
