The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking eligible contractors to furnish External Clinical Peer Review Services for Quality Management aligned with the requirements in the attached PWS. All responsible sources may identify their interest. Please identify your size designations/small business category as well as your ability to provide the services for a base plus option periods. If you are an SDVOSB vendor, kindly verify you are registered in the VA Vendor Information Pages (VIP). The Government is considering the use of a Multiple Award BPA/Contract to fulfill the subject requirement. Would the use of a multiple award BPA structure, either under FAR Part 13 or FAR Part 8, impact your decision to participate? In what way(s)? Would the use of a multiple award IDIQ structure impact your decision to participate? In what way(s)? Is your company able to provide some, if not all of the reviews outline in the PWS? Please provide detail as to which reviews you are able to complete.
