The purpose of this RFI is: 1) to understand industry capabilities related to healthcare transformation, 2) to collect information to enable the development of potential future acquisition strategy (include socio-economic consideration and methods), and 3) to obtain industry comments on the draft Service Group Descriptions (SGD).
