Document Q_A 2-11-19 Shredding provides these answers. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) has been revised accordingly dated February 11, 2019. A tracked changes and clean versions have been attached to this Amendment. Provision E.3 ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERICAL ITEMS has been revised as noted in the amendment. The Price/Cost Schedule has been revised to reflect the questions about the additional bins required. Please provide monthly pricing for the base and option years as previously required. Additional CLINS have been added for an each bin pricing to account for shredding over the monthly amount. If industry does not agree on this solution, please send a response to the CS at Chontelle.Borden@va.gov. The quotation due date has been extended to Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Noon EST. All other terms and conditions remain in full effect.
