This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, not a solicitation, to gather market research for a long-term solution to manage approximately 1.8 million cubic feet of analog health records currently stored at the VA Records Center and Vault in Neosho, Missouri. The VA seeks capabilities for three potential options: physically moving records to offsite storage, digitizing and integrating records into the Federal EHR, or digitizing for cloud-based archival storage. Responses must include detailed company information, technical capabilities, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates for the proposed solutions.
