This amendment extends the due date for the solicitation and clarifies two technical requirements. The requirement for an expansion unit is changed to simply require an "additional unit" that expands capacity. While a 12-scope main unit is preferred, units holding 10 or 14 scopes are acceptable substitutes. All other original terms and conditions remain in effect.
