Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Page 5 of 5 Sources Sought Notice *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice Page 1 of 5 Purpose Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Integrated Veteran Care (IVC) is seeking information in support of National Dialysis Services for Veteran Care in the Community. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) notice is to: Notify prospective respondents that the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is seeking Industry feedback via this Request for Information (RFI) regarding the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached and the questions attached to this posting. Responses received will help inform VHA of industry best practices and items important to a possible future acquisition of services. VA is not, at this time, seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. All responses shall be solely in the form of information. Notify prospective respondents that the RFI will be posted for 11 days. The Government is under no obligation to issue a solicitation or to award any contract based on this Request for Information (RFI). All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be the sole responsibility of the respondent. All submissions will be treated as business confidential materials, become Government property, and will not be returned.
