Amendment to Combined Synopsis-Solicitation 36C10G24Q0012 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to: Extended the Due Date of the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation; Answers to question(s) received in response to the Solicitation. The Due Date of the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation shall be extended: FROM: March 29, 2024; TO: April 5, 2024. In response to questions/concerns, see the following: Question #1: I was hoping you would be able to provide further clarification into Line Item 0006, Extended Unlimited Warranty. The Olympus Soltive Laser comes with installation, training, and Olympus s Limited Warranty. Olympus does not offer or sell an Extended Unlimited Warranty for this product line. Do you have any questions or any service related asks that I can share with Olympus? I want to be sure that the SAC understands what the Government Tailored Warranty covers, which again, is included with the purchase of the product. Answer #1: Regarding the warranty provided by Olympus for this system- we (the Government) did not make the warranty a Salient Characteristic so we (the Government) should be able to use it in the comparative analysis as far as if other vendors offer other warranty types.
