This Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition is executed by the Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC), on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Digital Health Office (DHO), Office of Connected Care (OCC). This approval awarded a sole source contract to SoldierPoint Digital Health (henceforth as SoldierPoint) for all requirements previously solicited on Solicitation 36C10G23Q0036, Connected Care Product Catalog (CCPC). The modification took SoldierPoint’s current Connected Care Integration Network (CCIN) contract (36C10G24D0048) to incorporate all the CCPC Contract Line Items (CLINs).
