The Sources Sought Notice #36C10G23Q0038 for NX EQ Surgical Lighting System is hereby amended to remove the following: When offerors include their additional proposed product items/services, these items will be evaluated, and must be captured in the vendor s pricing volume with an estimated quantity of zero and will need to be submitted at the time of the quote/proposal response cited on Page 2 of 7. Vendors are asked to quote any additional product that may be beneficial. These items must be captured in the vendors pricing volume cited on Page 7 of 7. Submission of any product solution or configuration and additional product items/services will not be evaluated and captured by proposing price. Only respond by providing the capability on the description(s) meeting the salient characteristics and quantity(s). All other terms within Sources Sought Notice remain the same.
