The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the work as defined in the Performance Work Statement. OIC has the need for contractor support for a wide variety of OA activities that both have a direct and indirect impact on both new and enhanced VA Anti-FWA initiatives. The tasks and deliverables contained in the PWS align to several services across the Government Accountability Office (GAO) High Risk List (HRL) Portfolio Management, Oversight & Accountability (OA), corrective action, risk and program governance, data monitoring, medical records auditing, consulting, strategic planning, analytics, root cause analysis, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) & Integrated Risk Management (IRM) support and change management initiatives. There are multiple specific tasks and deliverables that fall into several broad categories of services shared across several subject areas.
