Description: FibroScan® Family of Products The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC), is soliciting offers under solicitation number 36C10G22R0022. This FibroScan® Brand-Name acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification code (NAICS) is 334510 - Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 Employees, and the Product Service Code is 6525 Imaging Equipment and Supplies: Medical, Dental, Veterinary. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, and supplies necessary for the delivery of the FibroScan Family of Products that include the FibroScan® 630 Expert, FibroScan® 530 Compact, and FibroScan® 430 Mini, for the Department of Veterans Affairs, National Gastrointestinal and Hepatology Program (NGHP). Delivery shall be made to any VA Medical Center (VAMC) and alternate delivery locations within any of the fifty (50) states, to include the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii upon issuance of a delivery order. A Non-Manufacture Rule (NMR) Class Waiver was approved by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) on December 20, 2007.
