Requirement: OCC PSI Proposed Solicitation Number: 36C10G-22-R-0005 Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for program management and program integration support services for VA's nation-wide Connected Care Program (also referred to as "Telehealth" care). The PSI requirement consists of (1) Program Management, (2) Communications and (3) Training. Upon award of the contract, the Contractor shall provide support services in the following functional areas (FAs): (1) Program Management and Program Integration Support, (2) Project, Release, and Implementation Management Support (3) Communications Support and (4) Training, Development, Delivery, and Implementation. The period of performance is anticipated to be five-years from the date of award, with two 1-year performance-based optional ordering periods.
