Extend the due date of the response(s). Update Question 8 to clarify a typo. Update information on Industry day. This information is in addition to the base RFI. Written Response: In order to allow for more detailed and ease of responses, the Government will allow comments on the Product Excel spreadsheet, containing line items (attached to the RFI as Attachment 5-VHA OCC Equipment and Services Support MPL 10.1.21 ). This spreadsheet, which includes comments, can be separated from the 30-page limit and Word document. The RFI s due date is changed to allow more time for complete responses: FROM: 12:00pm Eastern, October 20, 2021 TO: 12:00pm Eastern, October 25, 2021. If not, please suggest how the evaluation structure and criteria might be adjusted to support an efficient, streamlined evaluation that results in the best possible outcome for both the Government and Industry. The intent of this industry day is to hold a platform to gain feedback from industry on how to structure this contract. The objective of such communication is to ensure transparency of this effort and ensure the acquisition strategy is the best approach. Responders to this RFI will receive an invite for an industry day. Following, the event will be recorded and posted on beta.SAM.gov. To: INDUSTRY DAY: The objective of such communication is to ensure transparency of this effort and ensure the acquisition strategy is the best approach. The written responses received under this RFI will help VA determine whether follow-on market research, in the form of an Industry Day or individual vendor meetings, is needed to obtain additional industry feedback on the contract structure. If meetings or an Industry Day are held, questions (non-attributable to vendors) and answers will be published on beta.SAM.gov. There are no other changes.
