These Nebulizers and accessories use will be based upon a physician s determination of medical necessity for use by Veterans. All Nebulizers and accessories shall have Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) market approval. The Government intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish Single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts. The anticipated period of performance is 60-months. The Government intends to post a RFP to Beta Sam.Gov website at http://www. beta.sam.gov/ Contract Opportunities, on or about 21 April 2021.
