PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Strategic Acquisition Center in Fredericksburg, Virginia intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of TENS Unit Kits and accessories. These Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) Unit Kit and Accessories use will be based upon a physician s determination of medical necessity for use by Veterans. All Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) Unit Kit and Accessories shall have Food and Drug Administration (FDA) 510(k) market approval. The Government intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish Single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts. The anticipated period of performance is 60-months. The Government intends to post a RFP to Beta Sam.Gov website at http://www. beta.sam.gov/ Contract Opportunities, on or about 15 April 2021.
