See RFI: 36C10G21Q0027- For more information The TJC is an independent, not-for-profit organization, recognized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that accredits and certifies United States healthcare organizations, including all VHA Medical Centers/Facilities. VHA seeks external consultation to accomplish continuous compliance with TJC accreditation processes, survey readiness post-survey process completion, and adverse decision support: Each VHA facility (estimate: 159) will be allotted 16 consultative hours per year for TJC continuous compliance and readiness. Select Program Offices (estimate: 7) will be allotted 4 consultative hours for TJC continuous compliance.
