Sources Sought (SS) This SS is limited to Vetbiz certified Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). All respondent must have a current registration at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics (OPAL) Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) has a requirement for Professional Development, Leadership, and Diversity Training. The NAICS code for this requirement is 611430. Provide your capabilities briefing to include the name of your business, DUNS number, and Cage Code. Additionally, the capabilities briefing shall address all of the following items: Provide the number of organic employees in your organization. Does your organization have a proven history of providing Professional Development training for federal agencies? Does your organization have a proven history of providing Leadership training for federal agencies? Does your organization have a proven history of providing Diversity training to federal agencies? Does your organization have a proven history of providing Executive Level training to federal agencies? Please state the geographical locations you provide your services. Does your organization have the ability to provide training for groups of over 100 participants? Is your training customizable? If so, how long would it take you to customize your training and be prepared to Instruct your training from start to finish? Do you have the capability to provide virtual training? If so what platform do you use? Does your training include technical support? Do you provide registration for your training? Provide a list of the courses you offer in your training portfolio. Provide a list of the contracts where you performed the services above to include the contract number, the dollar value, the Contracting Officer Representative and Contracting Officer for each contract. If your response does not address all the questions above your response will be deemed as nonresponsive. If your organization does not have a proven history of providing all of the components of questions 1-4 your answer will be deemed as nonresponsive.
