NOTICE OF ACTION: This is a Sources Sought/Request for Information. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition Operations, Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) is seeking potential vendors capable of providing an un interrupted supply of Desktop Video Magnification Closed Circuit Televisions (CCTVs) for In Home Use (see minimum technical requirements). This requirement is for a commercial off the shelf items. This is an enterprise strategic effort. INFORMATION REQUESTED: Interested parties should submit a capability statement with the vendor s name, address, POC phone number and email address as well as the following information: Business Size: Type of Business of Prime Contractor (Check all applicable boxes) Large Small (check type of Small Business below, if applicable)  Small Disadvantaged Business (SBA Certified)  Women-Owned Small Business  HUB Zone Small Business (SBA Certified)  Veteran Owned Small Business*  Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business*  8(a) Small Business (SBA Certified) *If SDVOSB or VOSB indicate if your company is certified in VetBiz (www.vip.vetbiz.gov) repository. Please provide the percentage of work that will be completed by SB, particularly, SDVOSB and VOSB s. Does your company maintain any Schedule Contracts (e.g., GSA, GWAC etc.)? If so, list where the required supplies are offered (please provide the contract number, expiration date, and Government point of contact). Identify the type and size Desktop Video Magnification CCTV (i.e. desktop video magnifiers small/medium/large) offering. If you are a distributor, identify the manufacturer devices authorized to supply. However, if this is not the most applicable code to classify this requirement please suggest a more appropriate code. RESPONSES: Responses are due via email to Michelle.bailey@va.gov (Contract Specialist) by 1 pm EST October 15, 2019. Do not compress (zip) RFI responses. VA Network Security Operations Center (NSOC) has temporarily blocked email attachments with the .zip extension as a mitigation measure against the ongoing world-wide ransomware event impacting many organizations. During this time, .zip file extensions will be permanently stripped from email traffic, and will not be recoverable.
