Page 3 of 3 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) is issuing this Sources Sought (SS)/Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), as a means of conducting market research to identify qualified contractors with the capability and the resources to meet the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Community Care (OCC), Clinical Integration Directorate requirement for a CI Clinical Review Reference Tool. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract, nor does the Government intends to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The Government does not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with submission of the information being requested or, reimburse expenses incurred for responses to this RFI. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. At this time the suggested North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes assigned to this procurement are 541511 and 541512. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is in need of a vendor who can provide ALL the services as listed on the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please review the attached DRAFT PWS and RFI Q&A document and respond to this notice with a capability statement describing your ability to provide the following services described in the PWS: Software licensing, Customer Support and Training. Respondents of this RFI shall return the RFI Q&A spreadsheet and provide a Capability Statement for their proposed services. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
