The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC), on behalf of the Veteran Hospital Administration (VHA), intends to negotiate and award a contract to provide Accreditation of Laboratory Services, provided by the College of American Pathologists (CAP).
