QUESTION: Most customers use CadLink data management to move and store data. Can this be added as an option CLIN for end users who require this capability? ANSWER: This item cannot be added during the solicitation/quote process due to this action being a BNOE (Brand Name or Equal). Adding this item would deem the requirements too restrictive thus not allowing competition from similar items on the market. However, if the requested item does get awarded, additional items can be modified in that contract on an as needed basis. 2. QUESTION: Current VAMC Cadwell customers have HL7 integration to the electronic health record.  Can this be added as an option CLIN for end users who require this capability? ANSWER: This item cannot be added during the solicitation/quote process due to this action being a BNOE (Brand Name or Equal). QUESTION: On the CLIN 0008 there is an additional attachment needed with a separate part number for the footswitch holder of the POC cart. Can this be added to the quote?
