Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a Design-Build contract to install perimeter security hardening at the Capital Region Readiness Center on the VA Medical Center campus in Martinsburg, WV. The project has an estimated budget between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price with an anticipated 6-month period of performance from the Notice to Proceed. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The procurement will use a two-phase, Best Value source selection process.
