Interested parties shall not be reimbursed for costs associated with preparation of their responses. The purpose of this notice is to seek sources that can meet the requirement as described in the attached Performance Work Statement. If your firm can meet the following requirement, please email Samantha.Gibson1@va.gov your statement of interest indicating that your firm has the ability to meet the requirement. The information submitted must include: Name of Company, Address and UEI Number Point of Contact and Phone Number Business size applicable to the NAICS Code (If Small Business, must identify concern) If another NAICS code should apply, please provide the code and rationale All responses should be emailed to Samantha.Gibson1@va.gov.
